The Historic Backwell Neighborhood Association was founded to create an inclusive space for individuals who call Blackwell home. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of members through a number of community services. Blackwell is a community on the grow and we want to ensure that we are always well informed and represented in a positive light.
